CATSKILL – State Police in Catskill are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Luis Fernandez, 46, of Kingston, who failed to appear in Greene County Court after being released on bail and is wanted for several felony charges.
Police said Fernandez, who may be attempted to flee to Puerto Rico, is wanted for predatory sexual assault against a child, course of sexual conduct against a child, and four counts of rape, all as felonies.
He is also wanted by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
