WASHINGTON – The Delgado for Congress campaign announced on Friday that it has $5.8 million cash on hand. During the first quarter of 2020, the campaign of Congressman Antonio Delgado (D, NY-19) had raised $485,000.

His campaign said he is among the top fundraisers in the country despite not taking any corporate PAC dollars.

“There are a lot of eyes on this race, locally and nationally, and upstate communities have our gratitude for their continued support,” said campaign manager Christian Perkins. “Continuing to witness such generosity during challenging times is something this campaign does not take for granted.”

Meanwhile, the campaign for Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney (D, NY-18) said in the first quarter of the year, the Maloney for Congress campaign raised a total of more than $600,000, bringing cash on hand to over $2 million.

“I am honored by the strong support our campaign has once against received this quarter,” said Maloney. “The generous support from voters across the district puts our campaign in a strong position to make our case to voters again this fall.”

Maloney faces a challenge from State Assemblyman Colin Schmitt (R, New Windsor).

Delgado is being challenged by Dutchess County Executive Marcus Molinaro.
