Woman injured when car crashed into water near Croton railroad bridge

CROTON – A 59-year-old woman was injured late Tuesday night when her car wound up in the water near the railroad bridge in Croton.

The woman was unconscious when removed from the vehicle. She was transported to Westchester Medical Center.

Westchester County Police are investigating.

Metro-North service operated with delays of up to 30 minutes between 11:03 p.m. and 1:47 p.m. as a result of the incident.
