Man arrested with fentanyl pills and over $1,600 in cash released

PLEASANT VALLEY – A 28-year-old Pleasant Valley man has been arrested and charged with two counts of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Investigation by State Police determined that Angel Pacheco illegally possessed fentanyl in pill form as well as $1,651.

He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
