LAGRANGE – A 49-year-old LaGrange man has been arrested on three felony counts of grand larceny for allegedly stealing over $165,000, using an investment company business under the name of Horizon Holdings NY LLC.
Todd Sims was arraigned in LaGrange Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance.
Police said Sims was previously arrested by State Police in October 2021 for grand larceny in connection with a similar investigation.
Anyone who believes they may have additional information or believes they may be a victim of similar crimes allegedly committed by Sims is asked to call the State Police at 845-677-7300.
Sims was arrested by troopers from the Rhinebeck barracks in collaboration with the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office.
