NEWBURGH – A 34-year-old Newburgh man sustained a stab wound to his right hand during an altercation just outside a bar at 411 Broadway in the City of Newburgh. The incident minutes before 1 a.m. on Monday, March 14, resulted in the victim being treated at the scene and transported to the hospital for treatment.
The crime scene was identified and a suspect was located in the parking lot at 411 Broadway. The knife believed to have been used in the assault has also been recovered.
The investigation into the incident continues.
