Stolen car recovered in Croton-on-Hudson; arrest made

CROTON-ON-HUDSON – A Bronx man has been arrested by State Police in conjunction with the Westchester County Real Time Crime Center for felony possession of stolen property, a 2018 Toyota Camry.

Troopers received a tip through the crime center of the stolen vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on Route 9 in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson on February 21.

Angel Gomez, 21, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and issued an appearance ticket returnable to village court and the case was turned over to the New York City Police Department due to a pending investigation.
