TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – A person driving a Ford Raptor truck northbound on Route 9 struck another vehicle shortly after midnight on Friday morning, and then turned south, striking another vehicle. The Town of Poughkeepsie police were investigating the incident Friday morning.
A source told Mid-Hudson News that the truck hit a Nissan near the former OSHO restaurant and then proceed to turn around and travel south, at which point he broadsided the second vehicle in the vicinity of the Mobil gas station. After the second collision, the truck became disabled.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call the police at 845-485-3666.
The Town of Poughkeepsie police have not released any additional information.
