OSSINING – Classes at Ossining High School went virtual on Friday following a threatening social media post.
School officials said late Thursday night, they were alerted to the existence of a post from a person purporting to be a student at the high school.
In the post, the person threatened violence against the school and students.
District officials alerted the community via a Snapchat post.
There were no reports of any incidents as a result of the post.
