TOWN OF WALLKILL – A 31-year-old Port Jervis man has been arrested following an investigation into a sexual assault at the Town of Wallkill’s Circleville Park in March 2017.
Wallkill Town Police charged Sean Riberio with second-degree rape when apprehended on Monday, September 27.
He was arraigned in Newburgh City Court by Judge Anika Mohammed and released on his own recognizance.
