“I am honored to represent New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG) on HVEDC’s Board of Directors. NYSEG has a strong history of partnering with communities across the state in support of economic growth. Now more than ever, as the state begins to recover from the economic impact of COVID-19, it is important that we collaborate on ways to support the Hudson Valley’s economy. I look forward to expanding on the great work the board is currently doing to make the Hudson Valley region the perfect destination for development and expansion,” said Miyoshi.

“Infrastructure is essential in spurring economic development. We are thrilled to have Dylan and his team at NYSEG join the board to represent such an important sector in economic growth in the region. We look forward to partnering with NYSEG and hope to retain and attract businesses in the Hudson Valley,” said Mike Oates, President & CEO of HVEDC.

The HVEDC is an economic development agency for the seven-county region of Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, Orange, Ulster, and Sullivan counties. The public-private partnership markets the region as a prime business location to corporate executives, site-selection consultants, and real estate brokers. HVEDC helped start the organizational, branding, and promotional effort for NY BioHud Valley, Hudson Valley 3D Printing, and the Hudson Valley Food & Beverage Alliance.
