Man charged with stealing, selling calf

KINGSTON – A 30-year-old Olive man has been arrested and charged with stealing a Jersey-Holstein calf and selling it.

Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a farm in the Town of Marbletown at around 7 p.m. on July 6 for a report of a larceny.

Investigation alleged that Scott Brooks stole the calf and sold it.

He was released on an appearance ticket pending a future court appearance.
