KINGSTON – State Police have arrested a 53-year-old Kingston man on two counts of felony rape for allegedly having sex with a child under the age of 17.
Daniel Wolven was indicted by a grand jury on the charges.
He was arrested on Wednesday, April 27 on a superior court warrant following a year-long investigation.
Wolven allegedly had sex with the child in several locations for a period of seven years.
He was remanded to the Ulster County Jail.
