CAIRO – A 46-year-old Hudson man was remanded to the Greene County Jail without bail following his arrest Saturday night on felony drug charges.
State Police from the Catskill barracks stopped a 2004 Nissan Altima on Route 32 in the Town of Cairo for a vehicle and traffic violation.
The driver, identified as Amar Keitt, who is currently on parole, had a suspended license. During the investigation police located a large plastic bag with several small glassine baggies containing 2.3 grams of crack-cocaine. Troopers also located 11.2 grams of heroin in his possession leading to two charges of criminal possession drugs as felonies and misdemeanors of drug possession and aggravated unlicensed operation.
