NEWBURGH – State Senator James Skoufis (D, Cornwall) has something else to be happy with aside from adoption of a state budget. His wife Hillary Stuchin and he welcomed the birth of their daughter, Ava Rose Skoufis, on April 8.
The bundle of joy was born at Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital. Ava was born at 6 lbs 2 oz and 19 in in length.
A statement from the family said: “James and Hillary, alongside grandparents George Skoufis and Steven and Pamela Stuchin, as well as great-grandparents Joanne Skoufis and Jacqueline Stuchin-Paprin, are filled with joy and love with Ava’s arrival.”
