KINGSTON – City and State Police are investigating a homicide in Kingston Sunday afternoon.
Police said a 38-year-old man was shot on Liberty Street between Broadway and Prospect Street.
The unidentified victim was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Liberty Street was closed off into the nighttime hours while detectives gathered evidence.
There was no word on any suspects early this morning.
