ALBANY – A second-prize winning ticket for the January 16 Powerball drawing was sold in Pearl River, the New York State Lottery announced. The ticket is worth a guaranteed $1 million.
The ticket was purchased at Gulf Mart at 202 East Central Avenue.
The winning numbers were 14, 20, 39, 65, 67 and the Powerball 02.
