POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office and the Child Advocacy Center have arrested an East Fishkill man in connection with an investigation into the sexual assault of a child.
Victor Lopez, 55, was arrested on December 29, 2020 and is accused of subjecting a child to sexual contact over an extended period of time.
He is charged with predatory sexual assault against a child.
Lopez was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
