The tough times aren’t over either – many businesses that have been struggling throughout and who have had to temporarily close their doors may still be at risk of permanent closures, as stimulus packages start to come to an end and other forms of support start to grow thin, many who may have faced uncertainty around what the future may hold may be thrust once again into that situation and there may be a bit of a balancing act to figure out how to best resolve these changes.
Despite all of the bad news, there is plenty of good news to go around for many too – there are plenty that have been able to find the opportunity to thrive and grow despite the difficult situation, largely in the online space.
