KINGSTON – Police have arrested a second suspect in the shooting of a 21-year-old Kingston man on Wednesday afternoon. The victim was walking on Elmendorf Street in Kingston just before 2:30 in the afternoon when he was shot twice.
Later that day, police arrested Jahsi Quiles, 21, of Kingston and charged him with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
On Thursday, police arrested a second man, Matthew Harries, 21, and charged him with assault and weapon possession.
During the investigation police recovered a loaded gun.
