Newburgh man arrested in weekend murder

NEWBURGH – City Police in Newburgh have made an arrest in the murder of another man on Saturday.

City police, along with the State Police, FBI Safe Streets Task Force and Orange County District Attorney’s Office arrested Tavares Stackhouse in the stabbing death of Felipe Hernandez.

Stackhouse was being held on a charge or murder.
