COVID death toll continues to rise

HUDSON VALLEY – The number of people to have succumbed to COVID-19 in the Hudson Valley has reached 2,235, according to the latest information from state and county health departments.

Greene County has the least number of deaths at 13 followed by Columbia County with 21.

Sullivan County follows with 25 deaths while the toll in Ulster County is increased to 51.

Putnam County has had 55 deaths while Dutchess County has had 96 people pass away.

Orange County has seen 364 people die from the virus while Rockland County has had 436 and Westchester recorded 1,184 people to have died.
