Westchester man shot to death in Queens

QUEENS – A Mount Vernon man, who was shot while in Queens on Thursday, April 9, has died. New York City Police said.

Officers responding to a 911 call of a man shot in front of 3-20 27 Avenue, the Astoria Houses, found Damian Ramdial, 25, with a gunshot wound to the lower torso.

He was transported to an area hospital where he died on Wednesday, April 15.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
