GOSHEN – A second person has died in Orange County as a result of coronavirus-related illness, County Executive Steven Neuhaus said on Thursday.
The woman, in her 70s, suffered from pre-existing health issues, he said.
Neuhaus said he was prohibited from saying where she lived or if she was in a nursing home, but he did say she did not pass away in the same nursing home as the first victim, a 99 year-old man, Benjamin Klein. He passed away from complications from pre-existing conditions at the New Windsor Country Inn.
