Lujan called Grohl “brilliant, courageous, fierce, beautiful and always humble. I can’t understand how such a bright light could have been extinguished.”

He wrote on Facebook that “I miss my friend, my sister, our community advocate. Love you so much. Rest in power my dear.”

A GoFundMe page has been set up in her memory.
