MIDDLETOWN – A 29-year-old Middletown woman has been arrested on a number of charges for allegedly engaging in sexual conduct with a child under the age of 15.
Jaklinne Vilchez Salazar was charged with criminal sexual act, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
She was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $15,000 bond.
The joint investigation was conducted by the State Police Child Abuse Unit in Orange County.
