KINGSTON – Ulster County is taking its “school’s open, drive carefully” message to the roads.
Large signs are displayed on the sides of Ulster County Area Transit buses to provide traveling billboards promoting safety on the roads.
“A primary responsibility of county government is to do everything necessary to protect its residents,” said County Executive Patrick Ryan. “This campaign is an important reminder that all of us play a role in ensuring that our students can travel and attend school safely.”
