KINGSTON – An Olivebridge woman has been indicted by an Ulster County grand jury on two counts of vehicular assault.

The charges stem from a March 27 incident in the Town of Saugerties when Gloria Dee, 57, was driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and backed into a man she had just dropped off at his residence.

The man sustained a severely broken leg that required several surgeries and extensive physical therapy.

Dee’s breath sample indicated her blood alcohol content was over .08 percent, the district attorney’s office reported.
