Killed was Susan Benjamin-Bailey, 57, of the Bronx. She was taken by ambulance to White Plains Hospital where she died, police said.

The incident occurred around 6:39 a.m. when Robinson’s Chevrolet, westbound on Route 119, left the road at the intersection of Central Avenue and drove onto the center median/pedestrian area across from the County center.
