TUXEDO – A truck driver, who was found slumped over the wheel on the side of the Thruway in Tuxedo Tuesday evening, died later at a hospital.
The driver, who was discovered at 7:30 p.m., was administered first aid by Kiryas Joel Emergency Medical Services and transported to Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill where he was pronounced dead of what one official said was cardiac arrest.
The man’s name, hometown and the name of the company for which he worked were not immediately available.
