BREWSTER – A Brewster man has been arrested and charged with rape, disseminating indecent material to minors, both as felonies, and a misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child.
State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Dulvin Andres Ovalle, 19, after being alerted by parents. Investigation determined he raped the victim known to him, who was under the age of 15. He also allegedly sent indecent material to the cell phone of the victim.
Andres Ovalle was sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
