ALBANY – A Fishkill man has filed a discrimination complaint against
the promoters of the legendary Rolling Stones rock group.

In a complaint filed with the New York State Division of Human Rights
against Concerts West/AEG, Michael Boyajian maintains he was effectively
prevented from attending the Stones’ No Filter Tour at the Met Life
Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey scheduled for next summer.

Boyajian, who is disabled and on Social Security disability, attempted
to purchase handicap accessible tickets for a June 2019 concert, but they
were priced at five times that of the average for accessible seats.

“For these reasons I was denied my right to attend either concert
date in June 2019 because of my disability,” he wrote in his complaint
filed with the state agency on December 24, 2018.
