SAUGERTIES – Police have charged a Saugerties woman with criminal mischief and harassment following a domestic dispute with her father.
During the dispute, the man alleged that his daughter, Dawn Jones, 32, struck him in the face and took his cell phone as he was trying to call police for assistance.
The incident took place at her residence at 20 Country Lane in Saugerties on Sunday, December 16.
An order of protection was issued against the daughter on behalf of the father.
