Zulli
NEW ROCHELLE – City Manager Chuck Strome has named Mark Zulli as finance commissioner in New Rochelle.
Zulli has served in the city’s finance department as deputy commissioner for over 25 years and since October has been interim finance commissioner.
Strome said Zulli’s “skills and experience are exemplary, as evidenced during our recent budget process. And, his extensive knowledge of the many facets of this important department will insure that operations continue seamlessly.”
Zulli joined the city in 1993 overseeing purchasing and risk management and the tax department as New Rochelle’s deputy finance commissioner.
Prior to joining the city, he directed purchasing for five years at Westchester Medical Center.
