SAUGERTIES – the Saugerties Police Detective Division arrested old Michael Rhodes III, 21, of West Hurley, for burglary and petit larceny. An investigation conducted by police detectives established that that Rhodes illegally entered a residence that he previously resided in and stole property from the homeowner.
Rhodes was released on his own recognizance to reappear in Town of Saugerties Justice Court.
The stolen items, cash and two computers, were found in West Hurley and Hyde Park.
