WOODBURY – State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87, in the town of Woodbury for a vehicle and traffic violation late Monday night. A search of the vehicle and one of its passengers revealed approximately 10.5 grams of heroin was located.
Robert Walker, 62, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested and charged with felony counts of possession and possession with intent to sell, and two misdemeanors, including resisting arrest.
The driver of the vehicle was issued traffic tickets and released without further incident.
