NORTH SALEM – A Danbury, CT man is charged with several crimes related to a road rage incident on Interstate 684 in North Salem Tuesday morning.
Roderick Davis was arrested by New York State Police after allegedly brandishing a machete and getting into a fight with another driver. Davis’ teenaged son was in the vehicle at the time.
Davis was arraigned in North Salem Town Court Criminal Possession of a Weapon a class D felony and misdemeanor counts including menacing with a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, harassment and possession of pot. Bail was set at $10,000.
