Meeks
KINGSTON – Kingston police arrested a man on a state parole warrant and found him in possession of heroin.
Trevis Meeks, 35, was picked up on Ellizabeth Street in Kingston on Friday. When taken to the city police station, he was found in possession of heroin.
Meeks is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and parole violation.
Meeks was previously arrested for trafficking in July
