Fegan
MILLBROOK – State Police arrested a Millbrook man and charged him with five counts of unlawful surveillance as a felony.
Investigation found that Donald Fegan, 73, used his cell phone to take
illicit images and video recordings of women wearing dresses or skirts.
Police believe there may be more victims.
Anyone who believes she may have been a victim or may have information about similar incidents involving Fegan is asked to call the State Police at 845-677-7300 and speak with Investigator Shaw.
Fegan was arraigned and released to the supervision of the Dutchess County Probation Department.
