Ulster inmate charged with tampering in his cell

KINGSTON – An inmate in
the Ulster County Jail has been charged with criminal nuisance and criminal
tampering after corrections officers observed his cell was flooded.

Kevin Greene, 33, was charged with clogging the toilet with a bed sheet
and smearing human feces on the cell walls.

He was being held on unrelated charges stemming from an arrest made the
Kingston City Police.
