Bronx man arrested in connection with Nanuet crash

NANUET – A Bronx man is charged with two counts of vehicular assault and other crimes in a three-car crash on Monday.
Clarkstown Police said Rohan Brijlall, 41, was driving an SUV that struck two stopped vehicles in the right lane on Route 59 in Nanuet. Brijlall and three passengers fled the scene. When they were apprehended, Brijlall was charged and the three other occupants were released.
Brijlall was also charged with DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation. He is in the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail.
