De La Rosa
TOWN OF RAMAPO – A Spring Valley man was arrested on sex crime charges in connection with a joint investigation conducted by Ramapo Town and Spring Valley Police.
Roberto Ventura De La Rosa, 39, was arrested on Wednesday on charges of predatory sexual assault against a child and course of sexual conduct against a child, both felonies. He was also arraigned on a charge of statutory rape as a felony stemming from another incident.
De La Rosa is in the Rockland County Jail pending future court action.
