Five arrested, major stash of drugs seized in Poughkeepsie

POUGHKEEPSIE – Police in the City of Poughkeepsie arrested five people and seized three illegal guns, over 2,800 bags of heroin/fentanyl, over $11,000 in cash, scales and packaging material when they executed two search warrants at Eastman Towers at 22 Montgomery Street on Saturday.
The effort was conducted by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force.
Karsheen Jamison, 36, of New York City and Tanya Tull, 30, of Poughkeepsie, were both charged with criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell and criminal possession of a weapon, both as felonies.
Charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell as a felony were Sine Coulibaly, 17, Reysean Freeman, 17, and Roger Graves, 39, all of New York City.
All were sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
Assisting at the scene were Poughkeepsie City Police and Dutchess County Sheriff’s Emergency Service Units, Poughkeepsie City and Dutchess County Sheriff’s Patrol Divisions, and the US Drug Enforcement Administration.
