Lake Katrine man charged with forcible touching

LAKE KATRINE – Ulster County Police arrested a Lake Katrine man on a charge of forcible touching.
On the night of September 1, a female victim reported she was the victim of sexual contact at a residence in Lake Katrine.
An investigation led to the arrest of Melvin Carcamo, 41, on a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching. He was issued an appearance ticket pending a future court appearance.
