First responders work on one of the accident victims

LIVINGSTON – A two-car crash on Route 9G near Oak Hill Road in
the Town of Livingston before 6 a.m. on Monday as sent three people to
the hospital in serious condition.

State Police said a 1998 Honda Accord driven by Nathaniel MCagg, 24, of
Germantown, was southbound on Rout e9G when he failed to maintain his
lane and struck a 2016 Subaru Forester driven by Vincent Miller, 67, with
Debbie Miller, 67, as a passenger. Both live in Germantown.

They were all transported to Albany Medical Center.

Livingston Fire Department, Northern Dutchess Paramedics, Catskill EMS
and Greenport EMS responded to the scene.
