KINGSTON – City Police in Kingston arrested a Port Ewen man on drug charges after he was stopped for driving without a license near Washington and Hurley avenues.
At the time of his arrest on September 5, Buddy White, 54, was found to be in possession of heroin. He was charged with felony and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Members of the Kingston PD’s Special Investigations Unit assisted patrol officers in the arrest and investigation.
