MARLBORO – A Poughkeepsie man has been charged with misdemeanor drug possession and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle as well as other vehicle and traffic violations when stopped on Friday afternoon on Route 9W in the Town of Marlborough.
Marc Cassius-Linval, 25, was driving with a suspended license and in possession of cocaine, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office reported. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Marlborough Town Court and then turned over to New Windsor Town Police to face an outstanding warrant.
