MILFORD – A Middletown man has been sentenced in Pike County, Pennsylvania Court to 63 days to six months in the Pike County Jail, fined $600 and had his driver’s license suspended for six months for possession of a controlled substance and false identification to law enforcement.
Eastern Pike Regional Police officers were alerted to Jonathan Warner’s suspicious behavior as a passenger in a stopped vehicle while the driver was being questioned by police along Hulst Drive in Westfall Township on April 25, 2013. Warner, 31, was found in possession of Xanax, for which he did not have a prescription.
During a community event at Matamoras Airport Park on July 16, 2013, Warner was observed acting intoxicated. When asked for his identification, he provided the officer with a false name and date of birth.
