STEWART AIRPORT – For the second time in less than two weeks, a Gulfstream G-4 corporate jet landed safely at New York Stewart International Airport after declaring and aircraft alert.
Three people were onboard.
The alert on Friday morning was for an unknown problem. The plane circled for about an hour to burn off fuel then landed safely.
On August 21, a Europe-bound G-4 circled Stewart to burn off fuel before safely landing with two blown tires.
