Fugitive arrested on child rape charge

CITY OF HUDSON – State Police arrested a Hudson man on an outstanding warrant from the City of Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
Gary Montana, 32, was wanted for indecent contact with a child under 14
and rape of a child with force, both felonies.
He was sent to the Columbia County Jail without bail as a fugitive from
justice and is awaiting extradition.
